SUMMARY: Attached as Exhibit 1-A are the Findings of Approval for the appeal by Mr. Becom and Ms. Aberg
that was considered and approved at the May 3, 2004 special Board meeting.
RECOMMENDATION: If approved with the Consent Calendar, the
Findings of Approval will be adopted.
Staff will issue a refund of District connection charges in the amount
of $959.51 to the property owner.
